Additionally, with completely open-ended accessibility to the database it is entirely possible to develop scripted solutions which can damage your database integrity beyond repair. IndySoft Corporation offers absolutely no warranty or restitution for erroneous or destructive functionality created by end users within the scripting environment. Once the scripting system is opened for access by you as an end user, you and your company fully accept development of customized solutions 'at risk'. It is highly recommended customers utilize a test system for all custom scripting development activities. If you company does not own licensed seats for a secondary system, this purchase can be arranged through IndySoft Sales.

Please be aware of the following support conditions as they relate to scripting and IndySoft Support:

·IndySoft does not offer a training program for custom scripting. The subsystem was not created with the intention for the general populace to have access and as such, no provisions have been planned for training programs related to scripting activity. IndySoft limits access to this system exclusively to customers it deems proper candidates for self-sufficiency in scripting development operations.

·IndySoft Support cannot troubleshoot your scripts or teach you programming/development concepts. That activity is not part of your standard support contract. It is highly recommended that you always engage IndySoft with any questions about your solutions when concerns arise, but this level of activity is only available through pre-paid consultation services.
